The LITTLE Apple?
Saturdays in the Little Apple are spent at Bill Snyder Family Stadium cheering for the Wildcats (the local college team), hiking the beautiful Konza Prairie and eating Varsity Donuts before heading to Aggieville to spend the evening bar hopping with friends. During our time in the Little Apple, my husband and I were regulars at Taco Lucha (another marg, please!), but if we're feeling fancy you could find us sipping wine at Harry's. I got stretchy at Orange Sky Yoga, spent numerous mornings on long runs down Linear Trail and found inspiration drinking coffee and writing at Radinas Coffeehouse. For a small town, Manhattan, Kansas, is filled with energy, excitment and adventure. It's no surprise that, time and time again, the Little Apple tops the charts as one of the greatest college towns in the USA!
